Immigration Associate - NY

Due to continued expansion, CSG Law’s Immigration Practice Group seeks a mid‑level attorney with 6+ years of experience handling business immigration matters, including EB‑1, PERM, H‑1B, L‑1, E‑1, E‑2, O‑1, and EB‑5.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an ABA‑accredited law school.
• Minimum 2 years of experience practicing employment‑based immigration as a licensed attorney.
• Experience working in a high‑volume business immigration practice group.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and take initiative in case management.
• Excellent proofreading, editing, reading comprehension, and time‑management skills.

This position may be fully remote or hybrid from the firm’s New York or New Jersey office.

Anticipated initial annual salary range: $185,000–$215,000. The actual base salary may depend on qualifications, experience, education, certifications, and location.
