Overview

In this leadership role, you will guide German corporate immigration strategy and delivery, partnering with senior HR and C-suite stakeholders to support growth and client retention. You will lead a team of immigration lawyers, leveraging technology and streamlined workflows to deliver consistently high-quality service. You will act as the primary client contact, resolving complex matters and communicating critical developments. This position offers strategic influence across jurisdictions and a chance to shape service delivery in a highly visible practice.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Manage and deepen relationships with corporate clients, including senior leaders
Grow and retain a portfolio, identifying expansion opportunities
Lead a team of immigration lawyers with tech-enabled processes
Serve as senior client contact and escalation point for complex matters
Lead client communications and distribute immigration updates
Oversee client billing for accuracy and compliance
Own ongoing corporate accounts ensuring high-touch service
Monitor matters and SLAs to maintain quality and timely delivery
Advise on immigration strategy, risk, timelines and best practices across jurisdictions

Zentrale Anforderungen

Qualified German Immigration Lawyer with substantial experience advising corporate clients on complex matters
Significant senior/leadership or managing lawyer experience
Proven track record in leading and mentoring immigration professionals
Strong experience managing senior-level client relationships, escalations and issue resolution
Commercial mindset with experience in account development and retention
Solid understanding of law firm financials, billing processes and workflows
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management with senior contacts
Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused with interest in technology and innovation
