Implementation Consultant- Professional Services

Sievo is a leading procurement analytics SaaS company based in Finland that helps global brands like Levi’s, Kellogg’s, and Mars achieve significant cost savings and supply‑chain insights.

We are hiring an Implementation Consultant for our Professional Services team in Chicago.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Sievo software for customers, designing data‑driven solutions
• Create integrations with customers’ data sources and third‑party providers (market indices, risk, sustainability, CO₂ emissions, etc.)
• Facilitate customer meetings, gather requirements, and translate them into technical designs
• Work with SQL databases and visualization tools to enrich and analyze transactional data
• Train customers and develop best‑practice methods
• Collaborate within cross‑functional teams (engineering, product, sales)

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset with strong communication skills
• Proficiency in SQL basics
• Consultative attitude and ability to work independently and in teams
• Fluency in English
• Additional experience in finance, procurement, SaaS or project work is a plus

Salary range: $71,000 – $90,000 (depending on experience). Hybrid work style available, based in Chicago, IL.
