First Due's mission is to prevent first responder injury or death by providing fire and EMS agencies with transformative, end-to-end software solutions that empower them to run safer, smarter, and more effective operations.
The Implementation Consultant, Scheduling owns the configuration, deployment, and customer enablement of First Due's Scheduling module across the full customer base and all delivery segments. Scheduling is one of First Due's most configuration-intensive modules. The role demands deep command of public safety staffing rules, including shift structures, minimum staffing, rank-for-rank overtime and callback hierarchies, Kelly cycles, trades, and certification and qualification tracking. This role is accountable for translating an agency's staffing policy into a correct, maintainable First Due configuration and for the quality of the customer's training and go-live experience.
All applicants must be authorized to work for any US employer. First Due is an equal opportunity employer. For more details on benefits and our commitment to diversity, please visit our website.
