Implementation Manager (Fully Remote)

• WellTheory is looking for an Implementation Manager to launch enterprise clients and drive long-term success.
• You will own the end-to-end implementation process, coordinating with client stakeholders and internal teams.
• This role is cross-functional, reporting to the Co‑founder, Operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Own client implementation plans from kickoff to go‑live and handoff to Client Success.
• Manage multiple concurrent implementations against aggressive timelines.
• Coordinate cross‑functional workstreams and resolve implementation risks.
