Implementation Specialist, Health Tech

Stellenbeschreibung:

Lead onboarding of clinics onto the Adoreal platform
Serve as the main liaison between Adoreal and clinic stakeholders
Facilitate data migration from clinics’ existing systems with technical teams
Organize clinic data according to Adoreal’s analytics framework and standards
Support implementation and configuration of Adoreal’s EMR and CRM systems
Manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
Coordinate technical, CRM, training, and clinic stakeholders
Identify risks, communicate status updates, and resolve issues
Train and onboard clinic staff on new systems
Develop onboarding documentation, training guides, and resource materials
Monitor post-go-live adoption and address ongoing support needs

Requirements

Candidates should live within an hour to a major airport on the West Coast
Candidates must be located in one of these U.S. states: California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Utah, or Washington
Minimum 7 years of experience in healthcare onboarding, software implementation, or project coordination
Hands-on experience with EMR systems and CRM platforms in a healthcare or clinical setting
Demonstrated success in managing multiple onboarding or implementation projects
Deep familiarity with healthcare workflows, including patient intake, documentation, billing, scheduling, and compliance
Experience training clinical and administrative staff on new systems
Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements, especially in data handling and access control
Current and valid authorization to work in the country where applying
Must be able to travel up to 50% throughout the West Coast of the US
