Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal guidance on various business strategies and decisions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Advise on compliance with local, state, federal, and international laws.
• Manage and coordinate with external legal counsel as required.
• Stay abreast of legislative changes that may affect the company and its affiliates.

Qualifications:

• Admitted to practice in at least one jurisdiction.
• 5+ years of legal experience, preferably in immigration or corporate law.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with technology and the digital workspace.
