Arvana was founded in 2020 as a partner for B2B tech companies and has grown into a leading marketing agency in Berlin focused on performance marketing and lead generation. The agency develops solutions with clients and its network to scale and optimize projects.

Задачи:

• Collaborate directly with managing directors and decision-makers
• Own customer projects without support responsibilities
• Advise on and implement growth strategies across Ads, Outreach, and Funnels
• Act as the interface between customers and the internal team
• Quickly take responsibility for own accounts.

Требования:

• 2–5 Years of experience
• Fluent German at C1 level
• German at C2 level
• Live in Berlin and be willing to work from the Mitte office
• High motivation and willingness to quickly take on responsibility
• Experience in a startup or agency environment
• Nice to have: initial experience with Ads (Google, Meta) or Outreach.

Условия:

• A work permit for the DACH region is required.
