As an inbound sales consultant (m/f/d) you hold sales conversations by phone with prospects who have already shown active interest in our products. You quickly build trust on the phone, identify needs precisely and guide prospects competently through to the close – entirely without cold calling.

You are not only a contact person for our customers, but also an important source of ideas for our company. Your feedback helps us continuously improve our processes and products.

• Advising prospects by phone in inbound sales
• Conducting a structured needs analysis
• Building trusting customer relationships through active listening
• Individual product recommendations matching our customers’ needs
• Professional objection handling
• Advice focused on real added value rather than pure selling
• Applying modern sales and closing techniques
• Actively shaping our processes through feedback and suggestions for improvement

Your profile

• Professional sales experience, ideally in telephone sales (telesales/inside sales/inbound sales) – experience in insurance or in selling high-quality premium products is a plus
• Enjoyment of selling and advising customers
• Strong communication skills and confident manner
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Initiative as well as a reliable and independent way of working
• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
• Confident use of common MS Office applications
• Ideally experience working with CRM systems
• Team spirit as well as a structured and organised way of working
