Inbound sales manager for FlixTrain

We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Inbound Sales Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen our team in Berlin. As a Senior Sales Manager (m/f/d), you will have the opportunity to play a key role in our Commercial Team. You will use your interpersonal and analytical skills to build and maintain long-term relationships, identify strategic approaches, conduct comprehensive market analyses, and generate leads to advance business goals and drive the growth of FlixTrain.

Задачи:

• You support and implement our strategies in collaboration with the international sales and marketing teams, with a focus on offline sales channels (ticket machines, agencies, and our own shops).
• You are responsible for their revenue and efficiency, proactively identify opportunities for optimization, and propose solutions to improve performance.
• You are responsible for acquiring and recruiting agencies and ensure that daily business requirements are met through effective communication.
• You support the conclusion of contracts and the implementation of offline marketing campaigns to strengthen the FlixTrain portfolio in the DACH market.
• You maintain the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and up-to-date information.
• You manage local contracts, report costs, and carry out budgeting processes.
• You provide regular performance reviews and updates to internal stakeholders.
• You support and collaborate with your own and other teams to ensure overall business success.

Требования:

• Native-level German (spoken and written) as well as fluent English.
• A degree in business administration, economics, marketing, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in commercial roles, with a focus on partner management, budgeting, and cost reporting in the context of market activities.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
• High motivation to perform and an entrepreneurial drive.
• Ability to provide well-founded reports and conduct in-depth analysis of defined challenges.
