Incident Management Specialist (Fully Remote)

Responsibilities

• Manage IT incidents throughout their lifecycle, from initial identification to closure.
• Coordinate cross‑functional technical teams during high‑priority situations.
• Communicate incident status and resolutions to stakeholders and leadership.
• Monitor, triage, and escalate incidents to ensure timely resolution.
• Analyze incident trends and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Facilitate post‑incident reviews and recommend preventative actions.

Qualifications

• An experienced IT operations professional with 5–7 years in incident management.
• Strong communicator who thrives under pressure and manages multiple priorities.
• Knowledgeable in ITIL principles and familiar with ServiceNow or similar platforms.
