Industrial Engineer m/f/d

In this role you will evolve and maintain capacity models for TI’s fabrication environment, ensuring input accuracy and enabling informed planning. You will translate capacity constraints and tool performance into starts, mixes, and look-ahead decisions, while making capacity and tool performance transparent through dashboards. You will automate analyses and collaborate with engineering, tool owners, and planning to improve cycle time and decision quality. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that shapes how TI scales and optimizes its semiconductor capacity.

• Evolve and expand capacity models for the fab
• Own accuracy of capacity models and monitor data integrity
• Determine starts and mixes in look-ahead based on constraints and tool performance
• Build and maintain dashboards to visualize capacity, constraints, and tool performance
• Automate recurring analyses from data extraction to visualization
• Identify opportunities to improve cycle time and strengthen models for operations
• Support tool owners, engineering and planning in assessing capacity and cost impact of process changes

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or similar
• Working knowledge of Python for data preparation, analysis and automation
• Experience turning large data sets into clear visualizations/reports for different audiences
• Good German language skills (min. B2) and business-fluent English
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment wearing a smock
