We're looking for an Influencer Manager – Instagram who understands the platform inside out, loves building long-term creator relationships, and enjoys managing campaigns from idea to execution.

Your Mission

You'll focus on identifying the right Instagram creators for our clients, building strong relationships, and managing influencer campaigns from start to finish. Your goal is to deliver authentic collaborations that generate outstanding results for both brands and creators.

What You'll Do

• Research and identify suitable Instagram creators for client campaigns
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators and management agencies
• Reach out to new creators and negotiate collaborations
• Plan, coordinate, and manage Instagram influencer campaigns
• Prepare campaign briefings and ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders
• Monitor campaign timelines and deliverables
• Review campaign content to ensure quality and brand alignment
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports for clients
• Stay up to date with Instagram trends, algorithm updates, and new content formats
• Work closely with our Sales and Campaign Management teams

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Creator Management
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, Stories, and creator collaborations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Independent and proactive working style
• Passion for social media and digital marketing

Nice to Have

• Existing network of Instagram creators or management agencies
• Experience using influencer marketing platforms
• Knowledge of campaign reporting and performance analysis
• Experience working in an agency environment
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite or similar tools
