Influencer Partnerships Manager who is passionate about the creator economy, enjoys building long-term relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced digital environment.

You'll be responsible for identifying the right creators for our clients, building lasting partnerships, and managing influencer campaigns from the initial outreach to the final campaign report. Your goal is to create authentic collaborations that deliver outstanding results for both brands and creators.

What You'll Do

• Identify and research suitable creators across various social media platforms
• Build, maintain, and expand long-term relationships with influencers and management agencies
• Reach out to new creators and negotiate collaboration opportunities
• Independently manage influencer campaigns from planning to execution
• Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and communication
• Prepare campaign briefings and ensure smooth collaboration between all stakeholders
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports for clients
• Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging creators
• Work closely with our Sales, Affiliate, and Campaign Management teams
• Contribute ideas to continuously improve our influencer marketing strategies and internal processes

What We're Looking For

Experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Management, Social Media Marketing, or Account Management

Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and the creator economy

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Confident negotiating with creators and talent managers

Highly organized with strong project management skills

A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently

Fluent German and good English skills

Passion for social media and digital marketing

Existing network of creators or talent agencies

Experience working with influencer marketing platforms

Knowledge of affiliate marketing or paid social campaigns

Experience using CRM systems

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data
