Influencer Marketing Consultant

Stellenbeschreibung:

Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand and growth goals.
Identify, vet, and manage relationships with creators and influencers across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Lead creator outreach, negotiation, and contract management.
Plan and execute campaigns including product seeding, paid partnerships, and long-term ambassador programs.
Collaborate with content, paid, and social teams to amplify influencer content.
Track and analyze campaign performance, including engagement, reach, and conversion metrics.
Manage budgets and allocate spend efficiently.
Stay current on platform trends, creator landscape shifts, and emerging opportunities.

Strong experience in influencer or creator marketing across B2C, B2B, or D2C brands.
Proven ability to build and scale influencer programs.
Experience managing creator relationships and negotiations.
Understanding of platform-specific trends and best practices.
Ability to balance brand storytelling with performance-driven outcomes.
Experience tracking and reporting on campaign performance.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Comfort working across different industries and brand voices.
Experience with affiliate or performance-based influencer programs is preferred.
Familiarity with influencer platforms/tools such as Aspire, CreatorIQ, GRIN, or Upfluence is preferred.
Experience with paid social amplification of influencer content is preferred.
Experience in high-growth startup environments is preferred.
Experience supporting both strategic planning and hands-on execution is preferred.

Freelance contract engagements typically ranging from 10–40 hours per week.
