Influencer Marketing Intern

Responsibilities

• Research and source engaging influencers who align with the brand and build long-term partnerships.
• Coordinate and manage influencer campaigns, from creative concept development to final performance analysis.
• Develop data‑driven strategies for influencer collaborations to achieve maximum impact.
• Analyze performance of influencer partnerships and use results to continuously optimize future campaigns.
• Work closely with the marketing team to turn the best ideas into successful campaigns.

Requirements

• Initial professional experience in influencer marketing or social media—through internships, working‑student roles, or entry‑level positions.
• Fluent German and good English skills.
• Creative, analytically strong, and have an eye for performance data.
• Keenness for social media trends and influencer developments.
• Experience with image and video editing tools (Photoshop, Canva, Premiere Pro) is desirable.
