Influencer Marketing Manager – m/f/d

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy
• Identify, approach and select suitable influencers and creators
• Build and maintain long-term influencer partnerships
• Plan, coordinate and execute influencer campaigns (brand & performance)
• Brief creators, including storylines, guidelines and brand messaging
• Manage campaign timelines, budgets and deliverables
• Collaborate closely with Performance Marketing, Social Media and Creative teams
• Analyze and evaluate campaign performance (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions)
• Define optimization measures to scale successful campaigns
• Monitor trends, platform developments and creator formats
• Ensure compliance with brand and legal/compliance guidelines

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in influencer marketing or social media marketing
• Excellent understanding of platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
• Strong instinct for trends, creatives and storytelling
• Experience working with influencers, agencies or creator networks
• Analytical thinking and experience with performance KPIs
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational skills and a high degree of personal responsibility
• Enthusiasm for brand building, social media and digital culture.
