Influencer Marketing Manager – Paid, Affiliate

Help build our influencer marketing program—from initial outreach through measurable performance.
Identify suitable creators and influencers for our target audience and build long-term partnerships.
Manage paid collaborations and affiliate partnerships—from briefing and contract terms through invoicing and settlement.
Develop and maintain the affiliate program, including tracking, commission models, partner onboarding, and payouts.
Monitor key metrics such as CPM, ROAS, conversion rate, and affiliate revenue, and continuously optimize campaigns based on data.
Work closely with the content and performance teams to ensure campaigns align with the brand and the relevant channels.

Requirements

You understand both sides of the field: paid influencer/creator collaborations and affiliate marketing based on commission structures.
You are familiar with common tools and platforms, such as affiliate networks, tracking solutions, and leading creator platforms—or you learn new tools quickly.
You work in a structured way, are comfortable with numbers, and make data-driven decisions.
You communicate confidently and reliably with creators and partners—professionally, respectfully, and on equal footing.
Excellent written and spoken German, plus good English.
You are excited to work with a brand built on real substance rather than hype—premium, authentic, and backed by its own manufacturing operation.
