Information Security Manager (German and English) Berlin / WFH to €100,000

Opportunity to progress your career in an impactful, Information Security Manager role at a leading health‑technology company that produces a mobile "brain training" app with over 20 million users, helps people with Alzheimer’s, and is scaling further.

As an Information Security Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that technical and regulatory workflows are operating effectively, meet compliance regulations, and that technical projects are implemented properly. You’ll define and document technical software requirements, policies and processes to meet compliance standards on data security, privacy and medical regulations, drive technical projects, write and maintain process documentation, and conduct regular audits to assess and improve the company’s security position. You will also introduce new technologies in line with industry trends and best practices.

Location / WFH

You’ll join colleagues in the Berlin office 2‑3 days a week in a flexible hybrid work‑from‑home model.

About you

You have fluent German and English language skills and can write detailed technical documentation and communicate effectively with software engineering teams.
You have experience ensuring security compliance with defined processes, standards or regulations.
You have a strong technical background and experience collaborating with software engineers.
You have advanced technical documentation writing skills.
You have strong project management skills.
