In this Professional role in Arnstadt, you analyse and redesign processes to create efficient, cost-conscious designs. You own software architecture and interface integration with neighboring systems, configure and tailor application modules, and lead optimizations and projects. You collaborate closely with Fachbereiche and Key-Usern to optimize business processes. • Analyse bestehender Abläufe und Entwicklung effizienter, kostengünstiger Prozessdesigns
• Verantwortung für Software-Architektur und Schnittstellen zu angrenzenden Systemen
• Konfiguration, Customizing und Integration von Anwendungsmodulen und Fremdsoftware
• Selbständige Umsetzung von Optimierungen und Leitung von Projekten (neue Module, Updates, Systeme)
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen und Key-Usern zur Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschafts­informatik oder vergleichbaren Studiengang
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Anwendungs- und Prozessentwicklung sowie SAP Controlling (inkl. Beratungserfahrung)
• Verständnis für IT-Betrieb, Support-Prozesse und Projektmanagement-Methoden
• Analytische Denkweise sowie strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
