Empiric is collaborating with a retail organisation in Cologne (Germany) who are looking to hire a SuccessFactors Specialist with key expertise in Employee Central.

This business has a mature SuccessFactors environment, with most modules rolled out, but is now looking to move its SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

Responsibilities

• Working on SAP SuccessFactors implementations, acting as the technical point of contact regarding the digitalisation of human resources systems/workflows.
• Work on the implementation of Human Capital Management technologies across SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) and other relevant modules.
• Working with internal stakeholders to understand their challenges and requirements to ensure the solution delivered is accurate.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with a variety of SAP SuccessFactors modules, ideally Employee Central.
• Fluency in German is necessary due to the nature of the stakeholders that you will work with.
• Willing to commute to Cologne 3 days a week.
