Innovation and Artificial Intelligence Specialist – AI

Responsibilities

• Your mission will be to lead the company’s cultural and technological transformation by identifying opportunities, designing AI solutions, and accelerating operational efficiency and the creation of new products/services.
• AI Evangelism and Culture: Promote the use of AI tools (Generative AI, machine learning, automations) across the company’s departments by delivering workshops and training teams.
• Opportunity Mapping: Analyze the company’s current processes to identify bottlenecks that can be resolved or optimized using AI.
• Solution Development: Design, test, and implement advanced prompts, automated workflows (AI agents), and integrations of AI tools into day‑to‑day operations.
• Innovation Project Management: Lead open innovation initiatives, acting as a bridge between the company, startups, technology vendors, and the internal IT/development team.
• Trend Analysis: Continuously monitor the technology market to ensure the company remains at the forefront of AI and emerging tools.
• Metrics and Results: Define and track innovation KPIs, demonstrating the ROI (return on investment) of implemented AI solutions.

Requirements

• Innovation Mindset: Hands‑on, curious profile with strong critical thinking and the ability to learn quickly.
• Advanced AI Expertise: Demonstrable practical experience with LLMs (GPTs, Claude, Gemini), prompt engineering, automation tools (such as Make, Zapier, n8n), and low‑code/no‑code AI platforms.
• Business Acumen: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, applicable solutions for business areas (Sales, Marketing, HR, Operations).
• Exceptional Communication: Ability to influence people, lead change, and advocate innovative ideas to leadership.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python (data/AI‑focused), prior experience in startups or innovation hubs, and familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
