Innovation Program Lead – DACH FMCG

PepsiCo seeks an Innovation Project Manager to accelerate Germany Snacks in the DACH region. You will lead cross-functional teams through the Stage Gate process, drive product renovations and productivity initiatives, and ensure on-time delivery within defined budgets.

You will collaborate with R&D, Commercial, Supply Chain and Finance to manage portfolio activities and ensure alignment with calendars and strategic goals. Fluent English is required; German is a plus.
