Description and Requirements
For our German headquarters in Stuttgart, we are looking for an Inside Sales Account Manager Mid-Market GAT with Team Lead Function (m/f/d) to join our Mid-Market Sales organization. In this role, you will combine direct sales responsibility for a defined customer portfolio with a leadership-focused function supporting onboarding, coaching, and sales excellence initiatives across Germany and Austria. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams in an international environment while helping drive consistent execution and business growth. This position follows a hybrid working model.
What you will do:
- Manage and grow a defined portfolio of Mid-Market customers to achieve revenue and business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Support complex and strategic sales opportunities across the Mid-Market organization.
- Conduct regular one-to-one meetings and development discussions with assigned team members.
- Drive onboarding and ramp-up activities for new colleagues within the Mid-Market GAT Inside Sales teams.
- Promote best practices and contribute to consistent sales execution standards across the organization.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and ISR vendor teams to ensure alignment, quality, and operational excellence.
- Monitor pipeline performance, sales activities, and business results while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent commercial training.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within an Inside Sales environment.
- Proven experience managing sales pipelines and successfully closing business opportunities.
- Experience supporting, mentoring, onboarding, or coaching colleagues in a professional environment.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, customer engagement, and account management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent German language skills and professional proficiency in English.
- Interest in technology solutions combined with a proactive, collaborative, and customer-focused mindset.
