Inside sales manager in France

Over 5,500 French dealers are registered with us. Around 200 of them actively bid. Your job lies in between: You call car dealerships and dealer groups in France, take them from their first login to their first purchase, and turn occasional buyers into regular customers. You are the first person we are hiring for the French market, and the person who will open it up.

• You take over leads and pre-registrations from our central team and guide French dealers through onboarding to their first purchase.
• You activate registered but inactive buyers: You call, qualify, handle objections, and close the deal.
• You develop your portfolio: You increase purchase volume per account, spot early when a dealer is at risk of leaving, and win them back.
• You manage your pipeline in Salesforce and are responsible for your KPIs: calls, activated dealers, purchases, revenue per account.
• You are the voice of the French market on the team: What dealers need, what holds them back, and what we need to adapt comes from you.

Требования

• Experience in B2B sales over the phone, managing your own sales cycle: You have won customers yourself and can prove it with numbers.
• You have daily outbound conversations with decision-makers and are confident handling objections and negotiating, by phone and video call.
• Experience with a CRM such as Salesforce or HubSpot, including pipeline maintenance and forecasting French at C2 level, German at C1 level.
• an AI-oriented way of working: You actively use tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot in your day-to-day work.
