Inside Sales Representative – Customer Analysis (m/f/d)

In inside sales with a focus on customer analysis, you analyze existing and new customers to identify revenue potential. You evaluate customer data in a structured way, segment customers by industry, needs and growth potential, and pre-qualify contacts for targeted cold outreach. You monitor market and competitor developments, work closely with the field sales team, maintain data in the CRM system and help develop sales strategies.

Your profile: completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification, ideally first experience in sales or inside sales, strong analytical skills and an affinity for data, a structured and independent way of working, confident use of MS Office and CRM systems, and strong communication skills and team spirit.
