Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d) – Internal Sales – Full Time

Responsibilities

• Active project support in close collaboration with our Field Sales team
• Communication with the purchasing teams and development departments of our industrial clients
• Coordination of customer inquiries with our international product managers and suppliers
• Preparing and following up on quotations, as well as processing orders in our ERP system
• Organizing and monitoring global logistics

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training or relevant professional experience
• Enjoy working in a sales team
• Strong communication skills – both on the phone and digitally
• A friendly and service-oriented manner
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• The ability to quickly understand complex topics, paired with reliability, goal orientation, flexibility, and team spirit
