Inside Sales, Retail Operations DACH

• Process orders and coordinate their on-time delivery
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability meets demand

Requirements

• Several years of experience in Retail Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or Order Management
• Experience in the German retail sector, ideally with major retail chains such as EDEKA, Rossmann, or dm
• Structured, self-motivated, and precise working style
• Strong organizational skills and a highly service-oriented approach
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Fluent in German and English
• Interest in retail, consumer goods, and operational processes
