Inside Sales, Social Media

• Manage and advise existing customers and distribution partners
• Proactively acquire new dealers and support the expansion of our sales network
• Prepare and follow up on quotations
• Provide operational support to the Head of Sales
• Maintain customer and sales data in the ERP system
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Logistics
• Support the planning and execution of sales initiatives
• Create content for our social media channels
• Manage and further develop our social media presence
• Plan and implement campaigns in coordination with the Sales team
• Support product communications, product launches, and promotional activities
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Ensure that sales activities are communicated digitally in a visible, consistent, and professional manner

Requirements

• Commercial training or an equivalent qualification
• Experience in inside sales, customer service, or operational sales
• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for proactive customer outreach
• Affinity for social media, content creation, and digital communications
• Effective use of AI in everyday work is second nature to you
• Structured, independent, and reliable working style
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems is an advantage
• Team spirit, commitment, and a pragmatic hands‑on mentality
