Inside Sales Specialist (m/f/d)

We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team.

What we need:

• Processing of client enquiries and orders
• Preparation and follow-up of trade fairs and training courses as well as participation if necessary
• Customer advice regarding assortment
• Coordination of production & delivery dates
• Constant contact with field staff, service staff, accounting and other departments
• Ensuring the legally compliant shipment of dangerous goods
• Preparation of all export documents

Who you are:

• Professional experience in sales, preferably in the bicycle or sports sector
• Ideally, German as your native language or comparable language skills
• Very good language skills in Polish, English skills are an advantage
• Organizational talentAbility to work in a team
• Resilience and assertiveness
• Ability to work independently
• Basic technical understanding
• Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
