Insurance Associate (f/m/d)

In this role you support Deutsche Börse Group’s international insurance portfolio within a global team. You will help maintain and develop insurance programs, support renewals and tender processes, and ensure governance and documentation are up to date. You’ll work cross-functionally with business units, insurers, and brokers, contributing to risk management improvements and strategic insurance initiatives. This is an opportunity to shape corporate risk practices in a complex, international environment.

• Joint responsibility for a dedicated set of international insurance policies/programs
• Prepare data for renewals and support tenders with internal and external stakeholders
• Integrate changed or new risk profiles and handle related requests
• Maintain and improve document management for insurance records and reports
• Participate in insurance claims handling
• Prepare management reports and presentations
• Ensure compliance with governance requirements and insurance policies
• Contribute to continuous improvement of insurance processes and risk management practices

• University degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Risk Management, Law, Finance or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in corporate insurance, risk management, insurance brokerage, the insurance industry, or project management
• Experience working in an international corporate environment
• Strong analytical, independent, result-oriented and agile working method
