About the Job

We’re looking for an Integration Manager to join Luis Anguera’s team and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the technical onboarding and API integration of external partners, including banks and travel companies.
• Act as a technical point of contact, responding to partner questions and guiding them through the integration process.
• Investigate and resolve technical incidents using tools such as Postman, Jira, Confluence, and OpenSearch.
• Analyze errors, identify root causes, and coordinate solutions with internal teams and external partners.
• Utilize AI tools to improve workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and support process improvements.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in API integrations, technical support, implementation, or incident management.
• Hands‑on experience working with APIs and API testing tools such as Postman.
• Experience using ticketing or incident management tools such as Jira.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and time‑management skills.
• A proactive, curious, and collaborative mindset with confidence to communicate directly with external partners.
