Your Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized nursing care for critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) .
• Monitor vital signs and life‑support systems (e.g., ventilators, infusion pumps, dialysis machines).
• Assist in emergency interventions and life‑saving procedures.
• Administer medications and IV therapy following strict safety protocols.
• Work closely with doctors, anesthetists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
• Maintain comprehensive medical records and ensure accurate documentation.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families in critical situations.
• Adhere to infection control and hygiene standards to maintain patient safety.

What You Bring:

We welcome applications from qualified German and international nurses who meet the following criteria:

Qualifications & Skills:

• Completed nursing training (Pflegefachkraft) or a Bachelors Degree in Nursing .
• Additional specialization or experience in Intensive Care Nursing is preferred.
• Foreign‑trained nurses : Willingness to undergo qualification recognition (Anerkennung ) if required.
• German language proficiency (B2 level or higher) Assistance with language learning available for international applicants.
• Ability to work under pressure in high‑stress situations.
• Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills in emergency cases.
• Team‑oriented, empathetic, and dedicated to providing high‑quality patient care.
