Work on real projects and tasks within the Sales department of Kia Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt/Main, Germany.

Starting from May 2026 or later – Minimum of 6 months, possible prolongation up to 12 months.

The Requirements

For your internship at Kia Europe you need to be enrolled during the whole internship period in an EU university, have a valid visa, and an unrestricted permit to work in Germany. We recommend completing a six‑month internship as it gives sufficient time to learn about Kia Europe and familiarize yourself with your topic.

Your Mission

• Gain an in‑depth exposure to core Sales Operations functions of European HQ business including Market Management of almost 40 markets, Market Analysis, Forecasting, and Business Planning.
• Support the 2026 Annual Business Planning Process, including sales and budget target setting as well as negotiations with the markets.
• Collect, consolidate and analyze sales KPI data points and make proposals to support the Sales Team’s decision‑making process.
• Participate in the planning, execution and post‑launch follow‑up assessment of new electric models.
• Acquire cross‑functional exposure working closely with Business Planning, Sales Strategy, Corporate Sales, and Supply Chain Management to prepare ad‑hoc analyses and provide reports.
• Facilitate Kia EU’s Digital Transformation efforts including the digitalisation of sales forecasting and planning.
• Work in close proximity and engage daily with the Sales Department Senior Management, gaining valuable insights into the business.

Your Talents

• Bachelor or Master student focusing on Economics, Business Management or Engineering.
• Basic understanding of automotive industry principles.
• Dynamic, self‑motivated with high originality.
• Good analytical skills.
• High motivation, eagerness to learn and self‑driven attitude.
• Flexible, proactive, able to deal positively with pressure and uncertainty.
• Good IT skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Tableau.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); an additional European language is an advantage.
