Über den Job

• Ensure data consistency, automation, and reliability across all performance tracking ​
• Develop, maintain , and continuously improve Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions ​
• Translate data into actionable insights to improve service levels and operational efficiency ​
• Track, analyze , and communicate Route-to-Market KPIs (e.g. OTIF, DPD, cost-to-serve) ​
• Collaborate and coordinate with the relevant Stakeholders the KPI performance and define & track action plans ​
• Provide analytical support for Route-to-Market optimization (flows, networks, delivery models) ​
• Contribute to business cases and scenario analyses to optimize cost-to-serve ​

Über Dich

• University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or similar ​
• First experience in Supply Chain, Performance Management, or Analytics (FMCG is a plus) ​
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail ​
• High level of business curiosity and ownership ​
• Structured, well-organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment ​
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills ( modeling , data handling) ​
• Good knowledge of Power BI ​
• Interest in developing data & analytics capabilities further ​
• Fluent English skills ; German is am advantage
  
• Start is in Frankfurt am Main or Munich – with the option to work flexibly from a home office. ​
