Intern, Sales Steering and Enablement (all genders)

Responsibilities

• Support the team with data‑driven operational tasks and analytics‑focused sales projects
• Build, maintain, and optimise Power BI dashboards, reports, and automated data pipelines
• Develop data models that improve reporting accuracy and enable deeper sales performance insights
• Work with SQL to extract, clean, and structure data from various internal systems
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand data needs and translate them into scalable analytical solutions
• Present insights through clear, visually compelling reports and presentations
• Contribute to the development of best practices for data governance, reporting standards, and analytics workflows

Qualifications

• Enrolled student (all genders) in business analytics, data science, economics, business informatics, statistics, or a related field
• Mandatory internship required by your university, lasting 6 months
• Strong interest in data analytics, sales performance metrics, and process optimisation
• Experience with:
  • Power BI (or similar BI tools)
  • SQL for data extraction and transformation
  • Data modelling concepts (star schema, relationships, normalisation, etc.)
• Salesforce knowledge would be a plus
• Motivated to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and analytical capabilities within the sales organisation
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
• Open‑minded, proactive, detail‑oriented, and eager to work in a fast‑paced environment
