Responsibilities

• Carrying out internal audits in accordance with ISO 50001 at our hotel locations in Germany, Austria and Italy
• Checking energy‑relevant processes, evidence and documentation on site
• Preparation of audit reports, follow‑up of measures & processing of energy data
• Identification of deviations and potential for improvement in hotel operations
• Liaising with the operational teams on the requirements of the energy management system and increasing energy efficiency
• Support in the preparation and monitoring of external audits
• Maintaining audit documents, lists of measures and energy‑related documentation
• Supporting energy management in the stabilisation and further development of the system

Qualifications

• Technical training or studies in the field of energy, building, electrical, supply or environmental technology
• Initial experience in energy management, facility management, technical hotel operations or auditing would be an advantage
• Knowledge of ISO 50001 desirable, but not a mandatory requirement
• Willingness to familiarise yourself with the requirements of an energy management system
• Structured, careful and independent way of working
• Strong communication skills in dealing with operational teams and central departments
• Fluency in German; knowledge of English is an advantage
• High willingness to travel within Germany, Austria and Italy and enjoy working on site in our hotels
