Internal Communications Manager

About The Role

We are looking for an Internal Communications Manager to strengthen how information, decisions, and leadership intent flow across Emma. This role is about clarity, structure, and alignment—ensuring the right message reaches the right people, in the right way, especially in a fast‑moving, international environment.

You'll report to our Head of Culture and work as a trusted partner to C‑level leaders, translating strategic intent into clear, cascaded communication.
