We are on a growth journey – now looking for an Internal Customer Service Clerk in Logistics to support our EMEA distribution center in Emsdetten.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out commercial activities in the area of internal customer service, logistics, transport, and warehouse
• Structured processing of logistical processes, complaints and transport damage, including finding solutions
• Order management – processing and monitoring orders
• Verbal and written communication with our foreign branches
• Interface to internal departments

Qualifications

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training
• Good process knowledge in logistics
• Good office skills
• Experience in dealing with ERP/WMS is an advantage
• Very good written and spoken English and German skills
