Internal Sales Representative / Customer Service Representative - Germany (m/f/d)

As a dynamic and growing German manufacturer of single-use medical instruments, we are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to drive our growth within the German market. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clinics, practices, and purchasing groups, representing our high-quality, "Made in Germany" products. This is a key role for expanding our market presence and achieving our ambitious sales goals.

Your Responsibilities

• Acquisition of new customers and expansion of our market share in the assigned sales territory in Germany.
• Intensive support and development of our existing customer base, including hospitals and outpatient facilities.
• Conducting market and competitive analysis to identify new sales opportunities.
• Negotiating contracts and prices with decision-makers and purchasing departments.
• Representing Scholz Medical at national trade fairs, congresses, and events.
• Close collaboration with our internal team to ensure excellent customer service and product development.

Your Profile

• A degree in business, medical technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional training.
• Several years of successful sales experience in the medical device industry, ideally with single-use instruments.
• An established network within the German hospital and clinical landscape is a major advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• High willingness to travel within Germany and a results-oriented, independent working style.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English.
