Internal Sales Specialist — Flexible Hours & Perks

on a full-time basis (37.5 hours per week) for our Dahlewitz location

Your Responsibilities

• Preparing quotations and coordinating the complete order processing using our ERP system
• Corresponding with customers and providing dedicated support to key accounts
• Coordinating services and deadlines in close cooperation with the Sales, Development, Planning, Production, Quality Management, and Logistics departments
• Managing inventory materials as well as material inquiries and orders with external suppliers
• Creating shipping schedules and distribution lists according to customer specifications
• Preparing customs invoices and carrying out customs declarations in the ATLAS system
• Assisting in the handling of customer complaints

Your Profile

• Completed commercial/business vocational training
• Several years of professional experience in internal sales/customer service within the packaging or corrugated board industry
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style, combined with reliable teamwork and a strong focus on results, even in challenging and stressful situations
• Confident use of Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken (German: C1 level (CEFR))
• Good English language skills, both written and spoken
