What You Can Expect in This Role

• Combines international customer assignments with close collaboration at our Martinsried location
• Approximately 70% field service work at customer sites
• Approximately 30% office‑based work in Martinsried, including service reporting, documentation, data management, scheduling, and customer communication
• Supporting customers primarily across Europe (≈70%) and other regions worldwide (≈30%)
• Travel typically involves 3‑4 days per week, with occasional project assignments lasting up to two consecutive weeks
• Performing maintenance, calibration, repair, and technical service activities on our measurement systems
• Installation, setting up, and commissioning systems at customer sites
• Providing technical consulting and user training
• Building and maintaining long‑term customer relationships
• Acting as the primary technical point of contact for customers within the assigned service territory

Key Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician, Electrical Technician, Mechatronics Technician, or a comparable technical qualification
• Ideally, initial experience in technical field service or customer support
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• High willingness to travel
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Self‑driven and structured working style
• Valid Class B driver’s license
• Ideally based in the Munich, Augsburg, or surrounding area
