Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

As a Frontend Strategy & Operations Excellence IGP, you will develop a holistic understanding of Frontend manufacturing by contributing to strategic, operational, and technical initiatives across the FE organization. You will join cross-functional performance improvements and learn how to translate strategy into execution while effectively engaging stakeholders from shop floor to board level.

Your program consists of the following elements:

• Strategic assignment, providing exposure to executive decision-making and business steering
• Operational assignment, focusing on fab performance and operational excellence
• Technical assignment, building domain expertise and understanding of the technological drivers of manufacturing success
• Support strategic frontend optimization initiatives by leveraging AI and digital expertise
• Help translate complex technical and strategic insights into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication skills
• Contribute to continuous improvement within an international setting, bringing a fresh perspective

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Chemistry, Physics or a related field
• Project Management experience with strong analytical skills
• AI/Digi expertise
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent English and German communication skills
