International Growth Manager (m/f/d)

Your mission

As our International Growth Manager, you'll step into a role with purpose, growth, and real impact. You'll join our Internationalization Team, where your work will shape Carly's growth across international markets by building scalable acquisition strategies, strengthening our brand presence, and unlocking new commercial opportunities. You'll work across both B2C and B2B initiatives, using market insights and data to drive sustainable growth while helping empower car owners worldwide. Your contributions will be highly trusted and celebrated—all in an environment that values authenticity, inclusion, and cross-cultural collaboration.

Your responsibilities

• Own the growth strategy and execution for assigned international markets, driving both B2C and B2B revenue growth.
• Scale and optimize influencer partnerships by identifying new opportunities, leading negotiations across all partnership tiers, and continuously improving performance.
• Build Carly's brand visibility through PR initiatives, media campaigns, and strategic marketing activities that strengthen awareness in local markets.
• Identify, test, and validate new acquisition channels by defining clear hypotheses, measuring performance, and scaling successful initiatives through data‑driven decision making.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Enterprise teams to generate qualified B2B leads, improve conversion workflows, and support international sales initiatives.
• Own customer and market intelligence by conducting continuous research, refreshing customer personas, and proactively identifying market trends that influence growth opportunities.
• Act as the go‑to expert for your markets, providing actionable insights and supporting cross‑functional teams with market‑specific strategies and recommendations.

Your profile

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, international expansion, business development, or a similar commercial role.
• Strong analytical mindset with confidence using data to make decisions, prioritize initiatives, and measure success.
• Experience managing acquisition channels such as influencer marketing, partnerships, PR, paid campaigns, or other scalable growth initiatives.
• Comfortable owning projects end‑to‑end and balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse, cross‑functional teams.
• Curious about customer behavior and passionate about understanding market dynamics to uncover new opportunities.
• Fluent in English (C1); additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Experience working across multiple international markets is a plus.
