• Strategic and operational management of the global lens portfolio
• Monitor market trends and competitors using market research data and KPIs to improve portfolio performance
• Collaborate with international market structures and interfaces with Global Marketing and R&D
• Create and organize international product training programs

• Completed studies in optometry, engineering or business
• Professional experience in product/project management, ideally international optics
• MS Office proficiency
• Business fluent in English and good German
• Ability to present complex topics concisely to target audiences
• Strong communication and proactive teamwork in a dynamic, global setting
