You aren't just a salesperson; you are our Retail Ambassador. Your mission is to step in exactly where you are needed most. Whether it’s providing stability in a store during a transition phase or jumping in spontaneously when a team is short‑handed, you are the reliable backbone of Gusti Leder.

Responsibilities

• Work as a dedicated salesperson in our beautiful stores.
• Travel to different cities when support is needed during seasonal peaks or store transitions.
• Ensure customers receive expert advice and experience our unique vibe.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or a passion for customer service.
• Fluent in English (German or Polish, Dutch, Austrian is a plus but not required).
• Enjoy a dynamic work environment and are open to moving between European cities.
• Identify with our brand—authentic, natural, and high‑quality.
