International Technical Sales Manager

Location: Field-Based across Germany, France, Switzerland, Austria and Belgium

Salary: Up to €70,000 per annum depending on experience plus bonus plus car allowance

The Company:

A UK-based engineering and manufacturing company that provides electrical and electronic solutions for different industries.

Main Duties

The role will focus on developing new business opportunities across Europe while managing and growing existing customer relationships.

You will manage the full sales process, from identifying opportunities and customer meetings through to proposals, negotiations, project support and closing business.

The Role

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across DACH and France/Belgium market
• Manage and grow relationships with key customers and business partners
• Take ownership of the sales process from initial enquiry through to contract.
• Travel across Europe for customer meetings, presentations and industry events
• Work with internal teams to ensure customer requirements and projects are delivered effectively.
• Build the sales pipeline, monitor opportunities and contribute to long-term business growth.

The Candidate

• 5+ years’ experience in B2B technical sales (electric or electronic backgrounds preferred)
• Strong track record of developing new business and growing existing accounts
• The successful candidate must be fully fluent in both French and German, with additional English
• Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Commercially minded, proactive and comfortable working independently.
• Well organised, with good CRM, reporting and pipeline management skills.
• Flexible and willing to travel extensively across Europe, with a full driving licence.
• Based in either Eastern France or Western Germany for an easy commute across the designated territory
