**Your Mission** At Stryker, you will help develop innovative software solutions that contribute to making healthcare better. As part of our Research & Development team, you will work on cloud-based applications, automation projects, and modern software technologies while gaining practical experience in a global MedTech environment. This internship offers the opportunity to build technical expertise, collaborate with experienced engineers, and contribute to projects that have a real-world impact on healthcare innovation. **What You'll Do** **Build and contribute** to cloud-native software applications and developer tooling. **Explore modern technologies** across artificial intelligence, AI agents, mobile development, and cloud platforms. **Automate development workflows** to make software and product development faster, simpler, and more reliable. **Work with CI/CD pipelines** using GitLab and modernDevSecOpspractices. **Turn ideas into prototypes** and help evaluate emerging technologies and new concepts. **Collaborate internationally** with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams while gaining hands-on experience in real-world R&D projects. **What You'll Bring** You’recurrently pursuing a **Bachelor’s or** **Master’s degree** in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field. You have basic programming experience with one or more languages such as **Python, Java, C/C++, .NET, or Node.js** . You understand the fundamentals of **modern software engineering** and are eager to put them into practice. You’reinterested in **cloud technologies, AI, automation, and modern software development** . You have a basic understanding of concepts such as **cloud applications, microservices, and AI agents** .
