Internship in Aircraft Maintenance Project Management

Aufgaben:

Your internship will be located directly in the aircraft hangar and you will support projects and optimize existing processes together with colleagues from maintenance. You will learn the important role that processes and procedures play in aircraft maintenance and the importance of the human factor and cooperation between departments for these processes to work. Your tasks will include project management on smaller projects at the site, supporting process analyses and optimization, and taking on tasks in day‑to‑day business.

Qualifikation:

Fascination with aviation technology and strengths in project management
Enjoyment of working with and for people
High level of social competence in addition to analytical and conceptual skills
At least in the third semester of study at the time of the internship
Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrolment and a written proof of compulsory internship must be enclosed with the application)
Very good analytical skills, quick comprehension, and organizational talent
Methodological competence in project management
Strong initiative, flexibility, and sense of responsibility
Empathy and enjoyment in dealing with people
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Fun and creativity in finding innovative solutions
Good IT skills (MS Office)
