You will gain an insight into the following topics and areas of activities

Your contribution and development will focus on analysis and improvement of existing processes of Safety culture by:
Compile Global Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Collect and consolidate occupational safety KPIs from various sources.
• Use Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for creating clear, visual presentations for Senior Management.
• Create dashboard in Excel showing trends in e.g. Lost Time Injury Frequency Rate (LTIFR) and visualize it in PowerPoint charts.
• Assist in documentation and data structuring for occupational safety processes.
• Align templates and reports with internal guidelines and global standards, like Workplace
• Risk Assessments and Work Permits.
• Updated Occupational Health webpage tailored to key audiences: general workforce, leadersand OH professionals
• Create Standardized communication materials and templates
• Create Reusable checklists, training decks, one-pagers, and aligned webpage content

Your Profile

• Enrolled in a technical degree program (e.g., Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related fields).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Structured and detail-oriented working style.
• Interested in occupational safety and process optimization.
• English is a must, German and other languages a plus.

What we can offer you

• fair expense allowance (payment of the currently valid minimum wage)
• 2.5 paid days off per full month of the internship
• 37.5 hours a week
